Both private schools and homeschoolers in Iowa, Missouri (grades 9–12 only), South Carolina (Level 7 only) and the U.S. Virgin Islands may not use The Iowa Tests®.
Both private schools and homeschoolers in the Dallas Independent School District, South Carolina (grade 2 only), U.S. Virgin Islands, and Virginia (grade 2 only) may not use the CogAT®.
